What’s on the board
Keyterminus serves customers in the United Kingdom and European Union member states. You buy every key from us, at the price shown. Prices can be shown in EUR, USD and GBP.
How an order travels
Payment
You pay by card (Visa and Mastercard) on the payment provider’s hosted page. We receive the confirmation, never your card number. Payment policy
Delivery
Once payment is confirmed, the key is issued to Account → Keys, usually within minutes after your payment is confirmed. We email you when it is there. Delivery policy
Redeem
You reveal the key when you’re ready and enter it on the platform named on the product page. How activation works
How we keep your keys
Keys are stored encrypted and shown only to you, when you choose Reveal. If a key doesn’t work, tell us within 30 days of delivery: we replace it, or refund it if no replacement is available. You can cancel for free until a key is issued; after that, the 14-day right to cancel ends for that key.
What you won’t find here
- Keys from other customers. Keyterminus is a store: every key you buy here comes from us.
- Mystery keys, loot boxes or anything with a random outcome.
- Game or platform accounts. We never ask for your platform password.
- Keys that need a VPN, or keys for regions we don’t serve.
